Many rentals have river views and are within walking distance to downtown Hood River or are in private, secluded locations. The individual property descriptions give all the details and you can click on the map link to see right where it's located. Then, call or email us for personalized, professional service.
Enjoy your trip to the scenic Columbia River Gorge by staying at one of our spotless, completely furnished and affordable rentals. All of our properties have fully equipped kitchens and have linens, towels, a TV and VCR or DVD player. Most have internet access. Houses also have barbeques and washers/dryers.
Several of our homes are pet-friendly, allowing a well-behaved, trained dog or cat for a $75/week fee.
Most houses are rented by the week, starting Saturday or sometimes Sunday. Some are available for a minimum of two nights in the off-season.
Policies -

Check-in is 4PM. Check-out is 11AM.
No smoking is allowed in any of the properties.
Pets are only allowed in "pet friendly" properties. We must be notified in advance and a pet fee paid. They are not allowed on the furniture and are never to be left unattended at the house. Please bring animal's bedding, toys and dishes and clean up outside after them. If it is determined a pet was allowed in a pet-free home, there is a a $300 fee.
Recreational equipment is not allowed inside property.
No motorhomes or camping on the rental properties.
We do not allow weddings, large parties or other special events at most of our rentals. Arrangements for special events must be made in advance. There is an additional fee to have a special event at the few homes that can accommodate them.
Our safety code determines the occupancy level of each home. A $50 charge per person per night will be levied on overnight guest in excess of the maximum allowed.
Initial deposit of one-half the total rental amount plus any applicable city room tax and cleaning fee is due within 7
days of making a reservation. A credit card number is required to hold the reservation if paying by check (our preference). Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival. Refunds are issued only if the property can be rebooked, less a $50 processing charge ($50/week if more than 1 week booked) + 3% for credit card payments.
There is a 1 time cleaning fee based on the size of the property:
4 bedroom - $75 - $100 depending on size
3 bedroom - $65
2 bedroom - $55
1 bedroom - $45
There is a lodging tax of 9% on homes located in downtown Hood River and 1% in Oregon homes outside of the city limits.
We require a $300 security damage deposit for each rental. If the rental is left in good condition, nothing is charged to your card or your deposit check is destroyed. We rarely run into problems but hold this for exceptional circumstances.
Full payment (rent, room tax, cleaning fee, security deposit) is due 45 days in advance.
Upon receipt of full payment, you will be sent a confirmation letter, directions and entry instructions.
Receipt of your prepayment will certify your agreement that each member of your party will comply with all of our stated policies.
Lost and found items will be held for 30 days & if we must ship them to you there is a $10 fee in addition to packing & shipping costs.

Check-out Procedures -

Upon departure please:
- Start a load of towels
- Leave all used linens and towels in 1 pile
- Take out the trash and all perishable items
- Wash the dishes or run the dishwasher
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Return the keys to original locations
