Many of our properties offer Mt. Hood Meadows discount lift tickets for $32. They are all completely furnished and fully equipped with telephones, linens, dishes, cable TV and VCR or DVD. Houses also have barbeques and washers/dryers.
Several of our homes are pet-friendly, allowing a well-behaved, trained dog or cat for a $50/week fee.
All properties have a 2 night minimum and during the holidays a 3-5 night minimum depending on the property.
Policies
Full payment (rent, room tax, cleaning fee, security deposit) is due 45 days prior to arrival and we ask for a 50% reservation deposit within 7 days of making a reservation for those advance bookings.
For last minute bookings, we will accept a debit or credit Master Card or Visa for full payment.
We require a $300 security damage deposit for each rental. If the rental is left in good condition, nothing is charged to your card or your deposit check is destroyed. We rarely run into problems but hold this for exceptional circumstances.
Upon receipt of full payment, you will be sent a confirmation letter, directions and entry instructions.
Refunds are issued only if we can rebook the cancelled dates less a $50 processing charge.
Check-in is 4PM. Check-out is 11AM.
No smoking is allowed in any of the properties.
Pets are only allowed in "pet friendly" properties. They are not allowed on the furniture and are never to be left unattended at the house. Please bring animal's bedding, toys and dishes and clean up outside after them.
Recreational equipment is not allowed inside property.
There is a 1 time cleaning fee based on the size of the property:
4 bedroom - $75-$100
3 bedroom - $65-$75
2 bedroom - $55
1 bedroom - $45
No motorhomes or camping on the rental properties.
We do not allow parties, weddings or other special events at most of our rentals. Arrangements for special events must be made in advance. There is an additional fee to have a special event at the few homes which can accommodate them.
Lost and found items will be held for 30 days & if we must ship them to you there is a $10 fee in addition to packing & shipping costs.
Our safety code determines the occupancy level of each home. A $50 charge per person per night will be levied on overnight guest in excess of the maximum allowed.

Check-out Procedures -
Return to the top of the page
Upon departure please:
- Leave all used sheets and towels in 1 pile
- Take out the trash and all perishable items
- Wash the dishes or run the dishwasher
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Return the keys to original locations
- Leave thermostat at 55 degrees
